在长短腿门型水泥杆吊装过程中,由于两根杆塔长度不一样导致也不一致,总牵引系统中心、水泥杆整体中心、抱杆顶点和制动系统中心不容易成一垂直平面。为此,采取了防止水泥杆中心偏移的两项措施。
一、用钢丝绳对抱杆进行预偏控制, 即在立杆施工前, 让抱杆顶点往倾斜的反方向预偏,防止抱杆顶的倾斜。
二、直接控制吊点绳的长度, 使两杆同时受力, 从而使抱杆受力平衡。 主要控制措施是利用 直径13mm的钢丝绳缠绕高侧水泥杆三圈(钢丝绳不互压 ), 然后用卸扣将吊点绳栓住。 在起吊时通过钢丝绳控制住吊点的长度使两根电杆的吊点绳同时受力。在两杆都离地后, 慢慢将控制尾绳松出去, 直到吊点绳完全伸直受力。
实践证明,在确保施工、施工质量的前提下, 上述两项措施保证水泥杆刚起吊时和起吊的全过程抱杆不发生偏移, 终解决了高低腿水泥杆起吊时 “四点”不在同一垂直面上的难题。

2. Direct control of the length of the suspension point rope, so that the two poles are forced at the same time, so that the force of the suspension pole is balanced. The main control measures are winding the high side cement pole with a steel wire rope of 13 mm in diameter three times (the steel wire rope does not press each other), and then bolting the suspension point rope with a release . When lifting, the length of the suspension point is controlled by the wire rope so that the suspension point rope of the two poles can bear force at the same time. After both poles are off the ground, the control tail rope is released slowly until the suspension point rope is fully stretched.
Practice has proved that, on the premise of ensuring construction and construction quality, the above two measures ensure that the holding pole does not deviate when the cement pole is just lifted and the whole lifting process, and finally solve the problem that the "four points" are not on the same vertical plane when the high and low legs of the cement pole are lifted.
